Este documento, titulado \u201cLa Segunda Cosecha\u201d, trasciende la obligaci\u00f3n normativa para consolidarse como un ejercicio de \u00e9tica p\u00fablica y un testimonio del cambio que nuestra democracia est\u00e1 experimentando.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">La estructura de este documento ha sido dise\u00f1ada para reflejar la integralidad de nuestra visi\u00f3n de Estado, dividi\u00e9ndose en tres pilares estrat\u00e9gicos que fueron titulados como: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Cuidando la siembra para una vida digna, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-ogsc=\"black\">El pa\u00eds que estamos construyendo y <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-ogsc=\"black\">La institucionalizaci\u00f3n del cambio.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Este informe no es solo un recuento de metas alcanzadas; es una reafirmaci\u00f3n de nuestro deber moral.
