formular y coordinar la implementaci\u00f3n y actualizaci\u00f3n de la Estrategia de Cooperaci\u00f3n; identificar y crear alianzas para el desarrollo que articulen y complementen la planificaci\u00f3n y programaci\u00f3n nacional. Asimismo, coordina las acciones interinstitucionales de Cooperaci\u00f3n Sur-Sur y con las Direcciones que integran la SCAD y realiza las acciones para promover el potencial de Guatemala como
