Ley de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Garantizar a toda persona interesada, sin discriminaci\u00f3n alguna, el derecho a solicitar y a tener acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en posesi\u00f3n de las autoridades y sujetos obligados por la presente ley;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Garantizar a toda persona individual el derecho a conocer y proteger los datos personales de lo que de ella conste en archivos estatales, as\u00ed como de las actualizaciones de los mismos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Garantizar la transparencia de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y de los sujetos obligados y el derecho de toda persona a tener acceso libre a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica;<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"font-size:15PX;color:#045184;font-family:&#039;Times New Roman&#039;, Times,serif;font-weight:400;\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Establecer como obligatorio el principio de m\u00e1xima publicidad y transparencia en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y para los sujetos obligados en la presente ley;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Establecer, a manera de excepci\u00f3n y de manera limitativa, los supuestos en que se restrinja el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Favorecer por el Estado la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas a los gobernados, de manera que puedan auditar el desempe\u00f1o de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.
