{"id":10746,"date":"2024-06-25T07:40:47","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T13:40:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=10746"},"modified":"2024-06-25T16:49:37","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T22:49:37","slug":"segeplan-presenta-su-codigo-de-etica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=10746","title":{"rendered":"SEGEPLAN presenta su C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#e2e2e2;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start\" style=\"max-width:1185.6px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><p><strong>Guatemala, 24 de junio de 2024. <\/strong>Derivado de la publicaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo Gubernativo N\u00famero 62-2024, que contiene el C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica del Organismo Ejecutivo, la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) elabor\u00f3 el documento que regir\u00e1 el actuar del personal de esta secretar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica para Servidores P\u00fablicos, Contratistas y Personas Vinculadas a la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia entr\u00f3 en vigencia el 20 de junio, luego de que el titular de SEGEPLAN, Carlos Mendoza, firmara el acuerdo interno que le da vida a este documento.<\/p>\n<p>Esta actualizaci\u00f3n permite que el nuevo c\u00f3digo se alinee con los principios contenidos en el C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica del Organismo Ejecutivo aprobado el 19 de abril del presente a\u00f1o, a trav\u00e9s del Acuerdo Gubernativo N\u00famero 62-2024, firmado por el Presidente de la Rep\u00fablica, Bernardo Ar\u00e9valo De Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica contiene lineamientos y acciones para promover la integridad dentro de la instituci\u00f3n, en todos sus procesos y dependencias que conforman la estructura org\u00e1nica. Su objetivo principal es establecer un marco de valores y principios \u00e9ticos aplicables a SEGEPLAN.<\/p>\n<p>De esta cuenta, los principios institucionales que regir\u00e1n el quehacer de SEGEPLAN son: Responsabilidad, vocaci\u00f3n de servicio, transparencia, pertinencia cultural, no discriminaci\u00f3n, prudencia, primac\u00eda del bien com\u00fan, adaptaci\u00f3n, armon\u00eda, legalidad, honestidad, justicia, respeto, beneficencia, no maleficencia, veracidad, responsabilidad y solidaridad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los valores esperados de cada persona obligada a cumplir con el c\u00f3digo son: Compromiso, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, eficiencia y eficacia.<\/p>\n<p>El C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica de SEGEPLAN establece tambi\u00e9n las obligaciones \u00e9ticas para los servidores p\u00fablicos, contratistas y personas vinculadas a la secretar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los aspectos importantes que instaura el documento es la creaci\u00f3n de una instancia de probidad, encargada de verificar el cumplimiento del c\u00f3digo y de guiar y ejecutar acciones en materia de probidad.<\/p>\n<p>La creaci\u00f3n de esta unidad est\u00e1 a cargo de una mesa t\u00e9cnica conformada por especialistas de SEGEPLAN, quienes tambi\u00e9n participaron en la actualizaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica. La mesa est\u00e1 integrada por representantes de las direcciones de Recursos Humanos, de Asuntos Jur\u00eddicos, de Planificaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Institucional, de Auditor\u00eda Interna y de Delegaciones, as\u00ed como un asesor del Despacho Superior. Se trabaja para que la instancia de probidad est\u00e9 implementada en agosto. Con la actualizaci\u00f3n del C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica, la actual administraci\u00f3n refleja su compromiso en aumentar la transparencia en todos los procesos que lidera SEGEPLAN.<\/p>\n<p>Descarga
