fusion-text-1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><p><strong>Guatemala, 24 de octubre de 2024. <\/strong>El tablero interactivo sobre necesidades b\u00e1sicas insatisfechas (Tablero NBI) es un instrumento elaborado por la Subsecretar\u00eda de An\u00e1lisis Estrat\u00e9gico del Desarrollo que pone a disposici\u00f3n de usuarios informaci\u00f3n sobre la calidad de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho tablero fue socializado por la subsecretar\u00eda durante un acto protocolario, en el cual se enfatiz\u00f3 que la informaci\u00f3n contenida en la herramienta se presenta en formato de f\u00e1cil acceso para el usuario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLo que estamos poniendo en la mesa es c\u00f3mo los datos pueden servir para innovar no solo los servicios p\u00fablicos que presentamos sino tambi\u00e9n la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica en general y parte de los retos que nos hemos planteado es c\u00f3mo la ciudadan\u00eda nos puede ayudar a ver esos problemas que tenemos style=\"text-align:justify;\"><div id=\"attachment_11245\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-11245\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Portal que muestra la Necesidades B\u00e1sicas Insatisfechas fue presentado por SEGEPLAN, tenemos los datos y los estamos utilizando<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los datos presentados en el Tablero NBI tienen como base el Censo Nacional de Poblaci\u00f3n y de Vivienda 2018 y la informaci\u00f3n se agrupa en seis dimensiones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calidad de la vivienda<\/li>\n<li>Hacinamiento<\/li>\n<li>Agua potable<\/li>\n<li>Eliminaci\u00f3n de excretas<\/li>\n<li>Asistencia escolar<\/li>\n<li>Precariedad ocupacional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A su vez, estos datos se encuentran desagregados por \u00e1rea de residencia (urbana o rural) departamento, municipio y lugar poblado.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la metodolog\u00eda utilizada, los hogares en pobreza son aquellos que tienen como insatisfecha cualquiera de las dimensiones evaluadas y se clasifican como hogares en pobreza extrema a aquellos con dos o m\u00e1s dimensiones insatisfechas.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la visualizaci\u00f3n y georreferenciaci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n, todos los datos pueden descargarse en formato Excel, lo cual permite su reutilizaci\u00f3n por parte del usuario.<\/p>\n<\/div><div ><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-2 Garc\u00eda record\u00f3 que la importancia de los datos que se presentan no radica en ellos mismos sino en el uso que se les d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos datos por s\u00ed solos no generan valor agregado, necesitamos tener capital humano que pueda procesarlos y convertirlos en informaci\u00f3n. En Guatemala debemos explotar los datos, tanto a nivel de la academia como del sector p\u00fablico y el sector privado\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el an\u00e1lisis de datos por parte de distintos sectores contribuye a la puesta en marcha de iniciativas sociales, ambientales, econ\u00f3micas y pol\u00edticas que suplan las necesidades de los guatemaltecos en todo el territorio.<\/p>\n<p>Anunci\u00f3 que la actual administraci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) trabaja en la definici\u00f3n de pautas t\u00e9cnicas para retomar la publicaci\u00f3n del Ranking Municipal y en el establecimiento de indicadores de desempe\u00f1o de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/div><blockquote
