fusion-text-1\"><p><strong>Guatemala, julio de 2025.<\/strong> Del 15 al 17 de julio, Guatemala recibir\u00e1 a integrantes de la Red de los Sistemas Nacionales de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe (Red SNIP), que es una instancia de colaboraci\u00f3n multilateral que busca fortalecer la calidad de las inversiones en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La Red SNIP est\u00e1 conformada por los directores de los SNIP de 16 pa\u00edses y cuenta con el apoyo del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, el Instituto Latinoamericano y del Caribe de Planificaci\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica y Social (ILPES-CEPAL) y la Agencia Alemana para la Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional (GIZ).<\/p>\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o, los integrantes de la Red SNIP participan en un seminario cuyo objetivo es intercambiar experiencias de metodolog\u00edas y t\u00e9cnicas que permitan mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica en sus diferentes fases.<\/p>\n<p>En 2025, el punto de reuni\u00f3n ser\u00e1 Antigua Guatemala y los temas que se abordar\u00e1n en el seminario incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Revisi\u00f3n independiente y aplicaci\u00f3n del criterio de proporcionalidad en la evaluaci\u00f3n exante<\/li>\n<li>Buenas pr\u00e1cticas en el seguimiento y monitoreo de inversiones<\/li>\n<li>Adoptaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica en los SNIP de la regi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Inversiones con enfoque clim\u00e1tico<\/li>\n<li>Talleres pr\u00e1cticos sobre la evaluaci\u00f3n de la gesti\u00f3n de la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los temas ser\u00e1n impartidos por profesionales del BID, CEPAL y del Fondo Monetario Internacional, as\u00ed como de expertos en inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de pa\u00edses como Paraguay, Australia, Corea del Sur, Honduras, El Salvador, Chile, Panam\u00e1 y Costa Rica, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n de Guatemala como sede del seminario de la Red SNIP fue pactada en 2024, cuando el evento se realiz\u00f3 en Tegucigalpa, Honduras.<\/p>\n<p>En dicho encuentro los temas priorizados fueron la vinculaci\u00f3n entre la gesti\u00f3n presupuestaria y los sistemas de inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el cambio
