El INDE puso en marcha desde 2024 un ambicioso plan para lograr acceso universal a la energ\u00eda. Su ejecuci\u00f3n requiere el aporte de otras instituciones como la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia -SEGEPLAN-.<\/p>\n<p>Con el apoyo del Presidente Ar\u00e9valo; del Secretario de Planificaci\u00f3n, Carlos Mendoza y del Presidente del Consejo Directivo del INDE, V\u00edctor Hugo Ventura se instal\u00f3 una mesa de trabajo que permiti\u00f3 que especialistas de ambas entidades expusieran los retos que enfrentan para aprobar proyectos de electrificaci\u00f3n en el Sistema Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica -SNIP-.<\/p>\n<p>Los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s comunes que se detectaron son la documentaci\u00f3n de derechos de paso y el An\u00e1lisis de la Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo en Proyectos de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica -AGRIP-. Derivado a esto, se mejor\u00f3 la conformaci\u00f3n de expedientes y esto permiti\u00f3 que se redujeran los tiempos de gesti\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de proyectos de 18 a 5 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta agosto, SEGEPLAN hab\u00eda aprobado 95 proyectos de l\u00edneas y redes de distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, para beneficiar a miles de familias. La agilizaci\u00f3n de procesos significa mayor inversi\u00f3n para las comunidades y un avance hacia la electrificaci\u00f3n universal.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"
