{"id":7438,"date":"2022-09-23T14:49:47","date_gmt":"2022-09-23T20:49:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=7438"},"modified":"2022-09-23T14:49:47","modified_gmt":"2022-09-23T20:49:47","slug":"gobierno-y-cooperacion-trabajan-juntos-para-llevar-mas-desarrollo-a-peten","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=7438","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno y cooperaci\u00f3n trabajan juntos para llevar m\u00e1s desarrollo a Pet\u00e9n"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#e2e2e2;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start\" style=\"max-width:1185.6px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><p><strong>Guatemala, 22 de septiembre de 2022.<\/strong> \u00a0Este d\u00eda se realiz\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo de alto nivel para la Complementariedad de la Cooperaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo de Pet\u00e9n, como seguimiento a la reuni\u00f3n del Consejo Nacional de Desarrollo Urbano y Rural (Conadur) que se celebr\u00f3 en mayo pasado y en la que se anunci\u00f3 que el departamento recibir\u00eda m\u00e1s fondos.<\/p>\n<p>En esa oportunidad, el presidente Alejandro Giammattei inform\u00f3 que su gobierno ha gestionado US$26 millones de aportes nuevos para Pet\u00e9n, los cuales ser\u00edan ejecutados entre 2023 y 2026.<\/p>\n<p>La actividad se realiz\u00f3 de manera conjunta entre la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) y el Ministerio de Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (MARN) y tiene por objetivo dar seguimiento a la cartera de programas y proyectos en ejecuci\u00f3n y en gesti\u00f3n, en el sector ambiente financiado con cooperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En el encuentro tambi\u00e9n estuvieron la Representante del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), Ignez Tristao y la Representante de la Cooperaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola (AECID), Cristina Aldama, organismos que son socios para la implementaci\u00f3n de las Prioridades Nacionales de Desarrollo (PND).<\/p>\n<p>Keila Gramajo Vilchez, titular de SEGEPLAN, resalt\u00f3 que este esfuerzo es parte del fuerte compromiso del presidente Giammattei para el fortalecimiento de los gobiernos locales, en especial sobre temas ambientales.\u00a0 A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que SEGEPLAN participa como ente coordinador de la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, mientras que el MARN, es ente rector del sector ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Puntualiz\u00f3 que para orientar la cooperaci\u00f3n, las instituciones p\u00fablicas deben tomar como insumo la planificaci\u00f3n institucional, sectorial y territorial, respondiendo de esa manera a las necesidades y demandas de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTeniendo claridad de esto, las unidades ejecutoras o beneficiarias pueden gestionar Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional No Reembolsable para las actividades, bienes o servicios de su planificaci\u00f3n, que no pueden ser financiadas con recursos nacionales, de manera que la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional complemente los esfuerzos\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n a su cargo ha realizado un ejercicio que recoge las necesidades de Pet\u00e9n en el Plan de Desarrollo. Este instrumento de planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica fue validado por las autoridades presentes, por lo que \u201cser\u00e1 nuestra carta de peticiones hacia los cooperantes para solicitar el apoyo para el desarrollo del departamento\u201d, acot\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>AECID y el BID manifestaron su compromiso de continuar apoyando los programas y proyectos del gobierno para el desarrollo de Pet\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Gramajo Vilchez reiter\u00f3 el agradecimiento en nombre del gobierno del presidente Giammattei por el apoyo que el BID y AECID han brindado al pa\u00eds, y especialmente a Pet\u00e9n. Asimismo, los exhort\u00f3 a seguir siendo parte de este trabajo colectivo que busca alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible para los y las guatemaltecas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><style
