{"id":7852,"date":"2023-01-24T14:30:05","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T20:30:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=7852"},"modified":"2023-01-24T14:30:05","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T20:30:05","slug":"equipos-de-segeplan-en-el-territorio-fortalecen-capacidades-en-temas-estrategicos-para-el-desarrollo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=7852","title":{"rendered":"Equipos de SEGEPLAN en el territorio fortalecen capacidades en temas estrat\u00e9gicos para el desarrollo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#e2e2e2;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start\" style=\"max-width:1185.6px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p><strong>Guatemala, enero de 2023.<\/strong> Fortalecer las competencias de las delegaciones departamentales en temas estrat\u00e9gicos como planificaci\u00f3n, inversi\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis estrat\u00e9gico y cooperaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo, fueron los temas que durante dos d\u00edas compartieron los representantes en territorio de la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN).<\/p>\n<p>Las delegaciones departamentales y subdepartamentales ejercen un papel vital en la conducci\u00f3n de la planificaci\u00f3n e inversi\u00f3n territorial por lo que SEGEPLAN como entidad asesora a las instituciones p\u00fablicas apoya a vincular los procesos de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, planificaci\u00f3n y programaci\u00f3n con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Durante este encuentro se hizo \u00e9nfasis en la importancia de incidir en la propuesta de proyectos de alto impacto, que contribuyan a la mejora de vida de los habitantes, especialmente los m\u00e1s necesitados. Tambi\u00e9n se destac\u00f3 el papel de la preinversi\u00f3n, de los procesos estandarizados, la asesor\u00eda que permite el acompa\u00f1amiento para la elaboraci\u00f3n de expedientes y el valor de la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional que permite agilizar la realizaci\u00f3n de los proyectos,<\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades de SEGEPLAN agradecieron a los delegados departamentales y subdepartamentales por el trabajo realizado durante la actual gesti\u00f3n y los incentivaron para que cumplan con los desaf\u00edos que conlleva el alcance de los logros.<\/p>\n<p>Para apoyar el trabajo que realiza a nivel nacional, SEGEPLAN ha automatizado, digitalizado y generado agilidad en todos los procesos de gesti\u00f3n a las distintas instituciones a las que sirve.<\/p>\n<p>Durante 2022, SEGEPLAN ofreci\u00f3 asesor\u00eda a m\u00e1s de 500 instituciones a las que acompa\u00f1a en la planificaci\u00f3n del desarrollo, entre ellas las 340 municipalidades, a las cuales ha brindado m\u00e1s de 3 mil 700 asesor\u00edas en su planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica (PEI) y operativa (los POA), para asegurar que estas se vinculen a las Prioridades Nacionales de Desarrollo y los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, que han sido reconocidos por el pa\u00eds, y la Pol\u00edtica General de Gobierno.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-body .fusion-builder-column-0{width:100%
