Durante la primera reuni\u00f3n ordinaria del Consejo Urbano y Rural de 2023, celebrada este viernes en el Palacio Nacional de la Cultura, la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) present\u00f3 el estado de los proyectos del presente a\u00f1o incluidos en el Sistema Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SNIP).<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n fue coordinada por el presidente Alejandro Giammattei y conducida por los secretarios de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n, y de Coordinaci\u00f3n Ejecutiva de la Presidencia.<\/p>\n<p>El mandatario resalt\u00f3 el avance del per\u00edodo 2020-2023 en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de desarrollo y felicit\u00f3 a Pet\u00e9n por ser el primer departamento en firmar convenios de cooperaci\u00f3n para este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n, la secretaria general de Planificaci\u00f3n dio a conocer que para este a\u00f1o la propuesta de inversi\u00f3n contiene 2,607 proyectos, los cuales representan Q3 mil 392 millones y un aumento del 15.5 por ciento con respecto a 2022.<\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n de estos recursos se ha priorizado en educaci\u00f3n, salud y agua y saneamiento, para impactar de manera directa en las condiciones de vida de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La priorizaci\u00f3n de acciones territoriales hace bajo la Ley del Sistema de Consejos de Desarrollo, la cual comienza con la intervenci\u00f3n de los Consejos Municipales de Desarrollo (COMUDES) que reciben las demandas de los Consejos Comunitarios (COCODES), y lo elevan al Consejo Departamental (CODEDE) para su aprobaci\u00f3n, seg\u00fan la planificaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica local y las prioridades de este Consejo de Desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>SEGEPLAN present\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la evaluaci\u00f3n de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n con aporte a CODEDES e indic\u00f3 que a diciembre de 2022, fueron aprobados 875 y quedaron pendientes de aprobar mil 732 por requisitos que est\u00e1n pendientes de cumplir, como estudios de impacto ambiental y dict\u00e1menes de salud, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Para este a\u00f1o, se tiene como fecha l\u00edmite el 15 de mayo para que las municipalidades completen los expedientes correspondientes a proyectos, mientras que para el 2 de junio se tiene estipulada la fecha para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El mandatario hizo un llamado para que los procesos se cumplan, as\u00ed mismo instruy\u00f3 a las instituciones rectoras de Gobierno a duplicar esfuerzos para brindar el aval t\u00e9cnico y el seguimiento en la plataforma del SNIPgt <a href=\"http:\/\/SNIP.gt\">http:\/\/SNIP.gt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el ministerio de Finanzas, los montos m\u00e1ximos de pre-inversi\u00f3n e inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica para el ejercicio
