Como parte de las acciones de seguimiento a los procesos del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad (SGC), la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) llev\u00f3 a cabo un taller de sensibilizaci\u00f3n, con el objetivo de fortalecer las capacidades de los enlaces relacionados con el Sistema, bajo la norma internacional ISO 9001:2015.<\/p>\n<p>En b\u00fasqueda de la calidad y modernizaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, la mejora continua y el incremento de la satisfacci\u00f3n de sus usuarios, durante la actual administraci\u00f3n, SEGEPLAN tom\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica de implementar un Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad (SCG) y certificar sus principales procesos bajo la citada norma.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de haber cumplido con los procesos de cumplimiento, SEGEPLAN certific\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n de opiniones t\u00e9cnicas para proyectos de inversi\u00f3n, pr\u00e9stamos y donaciones, bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015.<\/p>\n<p>La certificaci\u00f3n permite agilizar la atenci\u00f3n que brinda SEGEPLAN a m\u00e1s de 500 instituciones p\u00fablicas, 31 consejos de desarrollo y 340 municipalidades.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan informa la Secretar\u00eda, en 2022 emiti\u00f3 opini\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica en m\u00e1s de 5 mil proyectos de inversi\u00f3n y al menos en 75 proyectos de cooperaci\u00f3n no reembolsable durante 2021.<\/p>\n<p>En el taller participaron directores, subdirectores y especialistas de las diferentes subsecretarias con procesos relacionados al Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad, as\u00ed como direcciones de apoyo. La organizaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n de la actividad estuvo a cargo de la direcci\u00f3n de Planificaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Institucional (DPDI).<\/p>\n<p>Los procesos relacionados con la norma son susceptibles de ser auditados, lo cual se lleva a cabo a finales de a\u00f1o y tiene por objetivo conocer el alcance y objetivos del Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad (SGC) de SEGEPLAN,
