{"id":8737,"date":"2023-08-14T11:00:58","date_gmt":"2023-08-14T17:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=8737"},"modified":"2023-08-14T11:00:58","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T17:00:58","slug":"embajador-de-la-republica-de-china-taiwan-realiza-visita-de-cortesia-a-segeplan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=8737","title":{"rendered":"Embajador de la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n) realiza  visita de cortes\u00eda a SEGEPLAN"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#e2e2e2;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start\" style=\"max-width:1185.6px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><p><strong>Guatemala, 9 de agosto de 2023. <\/strong>Durante una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo, Luz Keila Vilchez, secretaria general de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia y Li-jey Tsao, excelent\u00edsimo embajador de la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n), tuvieron la oportunidad de conversar respecto de la cooperaci\u00f3n entre ambos pa\u00edses, as\u00ed como del importante apoyo que el pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico ofrece en materia educativa al Gobierno de Guatemala por medio del otorgamiento de becas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, abordaron el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n para Mujeres V\u00edctimas de Violencia Intrafamiliar para la Ciudad de la No Violencia contra la Mujer (CAMVI), una iniciativa que promueve el Organismo Ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se discuti\u00f3 sobre c\u00f3mo Guatemala ha implementado una estrategia para traer inversiones, a trav\u00e9s del \u201cnearshoring\u201d y el fortalecimiento de las cadenas de valor.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se dialog\u00f3 sobre una donaci\u00f3n de la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n), por 2,000 toneladas de arroz, grano que fortalecer\u00e1 la seguridad alimentaria en el territorio nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro, en el que tambi\u00e9n participaron autoridades de la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) y de la misi\u00f3n diplom\u00e1tica instalada en el pa\u00eds, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en las instalaciones de la secretar\u00eda, en donde el diplom\u00e1tico tuvo la oportunidad de conocer las instalaciones reci\u00e9n remodeladas de atenci\u00f3n a becarios.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria general, por su parte, brind\u00f3 detalles respecto de la labor que realiza SEGEPLAN y del importante rol que ejerce sobre la planificaci\u00f3n y como instituci\u00f3n que acompa\u00f1a y da seguimiento a otras para el cumplimiento del Sistema Nacional de Planificaci\u00f3n, del Sistema Nacional de Inversi\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SNIP) y del impulso de las Prioridades Nacionales de Desarrollo y de la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Esta visita, tambi\u00e9n se registr\u00f3 en el marco, de la Segunda Expo Becas 2023, la cual se llevar\u00e1 a cabo del 22 al 28 de agosto en el Centro Cultural Miguel \u00c1ngel Asturias y en la cual la Rep\u00fablica de China (Taiw\u00e1n) participar\u00e1. Datos del Sistema Nacional de Becas de SEGEPLAN registran que, de 2020 a 2023, Taiw\u00e1n ha puesto a disposici\u00f3n de los guatemaltecos, 144 ofertas de estudios en el pa\u00eds
