{"id":8916,"date":"2023-09-27T18:52:24","date_gmt":"2023-09-28T00:52:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=8916"},"modified":"2023-09-27T18:52:24","modified_gmt":"2023-09-28T00:52:24","slug":"decenas-de-estudiantes-participan-en-expo-becas-tour-2023-en-totonicapan-y-san-marcos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portal.segeplan.gob.gt\/segeplan\/?p=8916","title":{"rendered":"Decenas de estudiantes participan en Expo Becas Tour 2023  en Totonicap\u00e1n y San Marcos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"background-color: rgba(255,255,255,0);background-position: center center;background-repeat: no-repeat;border-width: 0px 0px 0px 0px;border-color:#e2e2e2;border-style:solid;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start\" style=\"max-width:1185.6px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\" style=\"background-position:left top;background-repeat:no-repeat;-webkit-background-size:cover;-moz-background-size:cover;-o-background-size:cover;background-size:cover;padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><p><strong>Totonicap\u00e1n, Totonicap\u00e1n, 25 de septiembre de 2023. <\/strong>Estudiantes de diversos puntos de Totonicap\u00e1n y San Marcos asistieron a conocer las oportunidades acad\u00e9micas en Expo Becas Tour 2023, que la Secretar\u00eda de Planificaci\u00f3n y Programaci\u00f3n de la Presidencia (SEGEPLAN) llev\u00f3 a cabo del 21 al 24 de septiembre en el Occidente del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Herbert Yax, delegado de SEGEPLAN en Totonicap\u00e1n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la actividad permiti\u00f3 la promoci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n de becas para estudiar licenciaturas, maestr\u00edas, doctorados y cursos cortos de especializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En Totonicap\u00e1n, la actividad se llev\u00f3 a cabo el jueves 21 y viernes 22 en el sal\u00f3n de convenciones Las Terrazas ubicado en el centro comercial Los Altos de Totonicap\u00e1n, el s\u00e1bado 23 fue la sede departamental de la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala y el domingo 24 en la Gobernaci\u00f3n Departamental.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, en San Marcos, el evento se realiz\u00f3 el jueves 21, viernes 22 y s\u00e1bado 23 en el sal\u00f3n de eventos de la Universidad Rural, mientras que el domingo 24 fue en el parque central de San Pedro Sacatep\u00e9quez.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHa sido un \u00e9xito el encuentro. Tuvimos la visita de estudiantes y del p\u00fablico, incluso de compa\u00f1eros de instituciones gubernamentales. Estamos brindando informaci\u00f3n relacionada con las becas vigentes y promocionando el Cat\u00e1logo de Becas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Eusebio L\u00f3pez, delegado de SEGEPLAN en San Marcos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante los cuatro d\u00edas, los asistentes manifestaron su agradecimiento a SEGEPLAN por promover actividades de difusi\u00f3n de becas en territorio.<\/p>\n<p>En ambos departamentos, varias instituciones socializaron las opciones educativas a los asistentes; entre ellas se encontraban la Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, la Universidad Rural, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y la Secretar\u00eda de Obras Sociales de la Esposa del Presidente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Departamentos visitados<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Expo Becas Tour 2023 se inaugur\u00f3 en Chiquimula el 7 de septiembre pasado y finalizar\u00e1 a finales de octubre en la regi\u00f3n central. Esta gira departamental tiene por objetivo dar cumplimiento al mandato de SEGEPLAN respecto a la gesti\u00f3n, administraci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de la oferta de becas que proporciona la cooperaci\u00f3n y los organismos internacionales.<\/p>\n<p>Hasta el momento se han llevado a cabo las regiones de Oriente y Occidente, que cubrieron los departamentos de Chiquimula, Zacapa, Jalapa, Jutiapa, Quetzaltenango, Totonicap\u00e1n, Huehuetenango, San Marcos y Solol\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Se prev\u00e9 que Expo Becas Tour se contin\u00fae en octubre en los departamentos del norte, sur y centro
